Joseph McGregor handles most of McGregor & Oblad ’ s dental startups , acquisitions , partnership matters , employment contracts , and other businessrelated transactions . His education emphasized corporate law , and his professional background is in larger business transactions involving sophisticated commercial acquisitions and real estate arrangements . Joseph McGregor holds a B . S . in Finance , and graduated from the law school at Brigham Young University . Joseph is a native of Salado , Texas , has a wife and five kids – and an unhealthy passion for college football .
Griffin Osmond ’ s law practice focuses primarily on dental practice acquisitions and estate planning . After high school , Griffin spent two years on a humanitarian mission in Moscow , Russia . Griffin then attended college where he majored in English ( with an emphasis in Russian literature ) and minored in Russian . In his free time , Griffin enjoys reading , playing basketball , fishing , college football , and spending time with his two sons and daughter .
Jason T . Hirst has been a part of McGregor & Oblad ’ s dental law group for more than two years , and has represented dozens of dentists in practice startups , acquisitions , and sales . Jason also focuses on estate planning , asset protection , and tax strategy for dental professionals , including special attention to wealth transfers and intra-family business arrangements . Jason graduated from Brigham Young University with an undergraduate degree in finance in 2011 , and went on to graduate cum laude in 2014 from the J . Reuben Clark Law School at BYU . Outside of work , Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three children , eating good food , and exploring new developments in science and technology .
Josh Bishop focuses his practice on real estate matters as they relate to the dental field , with a special emphasis on leasing and real estate acquisitions . Aside from his legal career , Josh enjoys playing tennis , reflecting on life ’ s mysteries , and volunteering his time to meaningful causes . He spent two years in Hungary giving service and sharing messages of hope with those in need , and has mentored Boy Scouts and other youth groups in the communities where he has lived . He also served on the organizing committee of religious freedom symposiums in 2013 and 2014 , hosting delegates from all over the world at Brigham Young University . Currently he enjoys performing and touring with the Millennial Choirs & Orchestras as a baritone in the Grand Chorus . Above all , he loves spending time with his wife and three daughters .
