Radiograph reveals sinus lift and well placed
implants (Figure 5).
Screw-retained custom abutments were used
for tissue development. Once proper tissue
support and interproximal papilla were developed, custom impressions copings were made
for the final impression (Figure 6 & 7).
Model work reveals the nice support for the lab
to proceed to the final restorations (Figure 8).
