Appointee Reception
The LNT Alumni hosted the second Gubernatorial
Appointee Appreciation Reception in February 2014
with Darrell Dávila, Director of Governmental
Appointments for Governor Rick Perry. LNT Alumni
showed their appreciation to some of the nearly 400
gubernatorial appointees representing North Texas.

TO THE POINT
Fidelity Investments presented TO THE POINT, a lunch
and lecture series, for its third year. The series provides
regional leaders and business executives with an
informative deep-dive on important regional topics
in a 45-minute luncheon. With over 500 attendees
throughout the series and at least 10 elected officials
at each event, the series has become a staple on
everyone’s spring calendar to keep them informed on
timely and buzz-worthy issues.
Fidelity is extremely pleased with its sponsorship of the
TO THE POINT series. It gives us a chance to raise our profile
in the region as a thought leader in partnership with the
North Texas Commission as we explore the most important
issues affecting North Texas. We enjoy our collaboration with
the North Texas Commission team, which does an exceptional
