The North Texas Commission is initiating a community conversation about the significance of diversity, equity and
inclusion in our region. Whether it’s attracting and retaining top talent, gaining a better understanding of
customers or helping to move individuals who have varied and different voices to a place where they have a
sense of belonging, diversity impacts businesses, municipalities, institutions of higher education, and other civic
and/or faith-based organizations.
Join us as business and civic leaders to convene and collaborate to affect real, incremental change in the
workplace and in the communities throughout the region. This includes rethinking diversity and tolerance to truly
identifying the essentials of moving from good intentions
to workable applications. The NTC hopes to transition
