CONSTITUTION
Nomads may sue or be sued in any Court of law, and may be cited in any capacity in any
arbitration or other tribunal in its own name and may be represented in any proceedings
whether in a Court of Law or in any arbitration or any other tribunal or otherwise, by any
person or persons duly authorised by the National Council and/or its functional arm, the
National Management Committee.
The liability of Members shall be limited to the amount of their Annual Subscription.
In this Constitution, and in the Rules of Play, unless the context should otherwise
indicate, the male gender shall include the female and vice versa.
In this Constitution and in the Rules of Play, where any form of written communication is
required, either specified or inferred, an e-mail to the address registered with the Club
Secretary is deemed to be sufficient. In the case where an e-mail address has not been
registered with the Club, a registered letter to the postal or physical address registered
with the Club will also be sufficient. However, where a Member has chosen to resign, all
communications must be in written form and have that Member’s original signature on
them.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership of Nomads shall be accorded in any of the following categories:

Honorary Life Membership
Honorary Life Membership of the Club shall be extended only by invitation of the
National Council in recognition of long and meritorious service to Nomads. Any
