matters that are related in any respect to the activities of their respective Non-Profit
Companies, namely the Andrew Mentis Nomads Foundation or Furtherance of Golf Nomads
Foundation, or any future derivative thereof.
15.
NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
15.1 The Chairman of this Committee shall be the National Chairman. The Committee shall
comprise the National Chairman, the Immediate Past National Chairman, the Senior ViceChairman, the Junior Vice-Chairman, the National Secretary, the National Treasurer, the
National Golforama Director, the National PRO, the National Andrew Mentis Director and
National Furtherance of Golf Director and the Captains of all Member Clubs or their
nominated representatives.
15.2 Function
The function of the Management Committee shall be to deal with matters of routine
nature affecting Nomads as a whole which require attention during the period between
meetings of the National Council and put into effect decisions taken at a National Council
Meeting.
