up an Eagle Scout
Billy Duby refurbished New Milford’s VFW memorial for
his Eagle Scout project, and Local 83 proudly donated to
assist with his project, which included rebuilding the
memorial, installing a paver pathway and landscaping
around the memorial.
Duby graduated from Paramus Catholic High School, was
captain of the wrestling team and is now attending Sacred
Heart University and is a member of the school’s wrestling
team. He is also the son of Local 83 Past President Sergeant
