Colligan complimented the governor for appointing “very qualified people,” noting the asset in doing so. “There should be no misgivings that we want this to succeed,” he said. In addition to Megariotis and Glidden, management reps include Nicola Trasente, the CFO and director of finance/administrative ser- vices for Somerset County, Susan Jacobucci, the administrator for Paulsboro Borough in Gloucester County and Edward Oat- man, county manager for Union County.
