Changing societies is more difficult than changing laws, but also more effective. It requires time, constancy and both inspiration and persuasion.

Storytelling is your friend- a powerful tool to inspire change and communicate knowledge. There are people behind the numbers, lives behind the technical assessments and genuine losses caused by gender inequality.

Making those faces visible, those lives approachable and those losses felt is what inspires communities to change.

Find creative ways to tell stories of success and others of difficulties while respecting the privacy and wishes of the sources of your stories.

Use online interactive features, or classic on-the-ground techniques. Start a community theatre or rap it out.Take a photo or make a video. And when you do, share it with us!
