Highway 98 near Rosemary Beach,
Florida. We chose 30Avenue not only
for its incredible location at the eastern intersection of 30A and Highway
98, but for the synergy of its unique tenant mix that
creates a true lifestyle experience.
The new office will allow Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty to better serve its customers’ needs,
and is the perfect complement to our Blue Mountain
Beach office on 30A. The offices now bookend the 30A
market and allow us to effectively service customers
as far west as Destin and east into Panama City Beach.
For so many years, we worked hard to remain a single
office boutique brokerage. That model served our
business and customers well over the past 16 years,
but time finally came to expand our footprint to match
the unparalleled success of the Sotheby’s International
Realty brand. Whether listing or buying luxury real
estate in South Walton, Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty offers proven brand equity and exclusive
resources unique in our marketplace.
Since we’ve been in business, our area has completely
transformed, and we see it growing substantially over
the next 10 years. Where else in the world can you
find five new urbanism communities within a nine
mile span? Though Seaside was established in 1981, its
more recently established predecessors have matured,
most now with more rooftops than vacant lots, and
include thriving retail to complement and support vibrant lifestyles, sought after by the connoisseurs of life.
The Sotheby’s International Realty brand experienced
incredible growth last year. Its global network, which
now encompasses 60 countries and territories worldwide, includes approximately 760 offices, a gain of 8.5
percent, and more than 16,570 sales associates, up 14
percent. Complementing that growth locally, we welcomed five of our area’s top real estate professionals to
our company since the beginning of the year. We have
made it a strategic priority to bring successful agents
and team members with a desire to take their business
to the next level into the organization. Our culture is
