Resounding “Yes” from 13 of 14 respondents One superintendent who had left his former NxGLA district responded “Undetermined.” He went on to explain that he was not sure where the work currently stands in his former district. 5. • • • • What changes would you recommend for the Leadership Academy? Encourage UK to remain on cutting edge Allow teams to develop a plan of action early on in the process and assign faculty members to assist with the district efforts Beneficial to hear from folks from inside Kentucky as well as outside Kentucky I would like to see more consideration of blended learning opportunities at the elementary level – with gifted/talented students and beyond. 6.
