Enroll more moms in the Nurse-Family Partnership program

Closing the Loop

Letting Moms Know We Heard Them

After each survey we sent a text message linking moms to a website that summarized what we learned from the survey and let moms know what we are doing in response to their feedback. There have been over 5,000 page views. You may recall the story from a mom about this feedback loop in the NewsLink Fall Edition.

Making Changes

The survey findings were shared with nursing teams at local partner agencies. We’ve also created a toolkit to facilitate discussions about how to incorporate moms’ feedback into practice.

We have and are continuing to implement strategies to address moms’ feedback. For example, in response to moms wanting to stay connected, we've hired an alumni relations manager and a parent ambassador (meet Yvette and Ashlei).

WHAT WE LEARNED

You said you want more hands-on activities and more topics to choose from during your home visits.

WHAT WE'RE DOING

We will share this feedback with our nurses. Please let your nurse know what you would like to do and what topics you would like to cover during your visits. Our nurses know a lot about pregnancy health, child development and more.
