Robert J. Belton has been promoted to chief information officer at Nurse-Family Partnership's National Service Office. Since October 2017, Belton has served as the interim chief information officer at Nurse-Family Partnership, and previously served as the director of DevOps and engineering. At Nurse-Family Partnership, he has improved information technology processes and centralized technology assets across multiple data centers. Prior to joining Nurse-Family Partnership, Belton worked in support of NASA’s Academy of Program/Project & Engineering Leadership developing software to support their team building, leadership and management initiatives. He has

also served as chief technology officer for an online

learning company.

As chief information officer, Belton will oversee a team to develop and implement information technology initiatives that strengthen Nurse-Family Partnership’s business operation. In addition, he will direct all information technology processes to assist Nurse-Family Partnership’s local network partners in better tracking data and reporting outcomes for moms and babies.

Nurse-Family Partnership has promoted Sarah McGee to chief policy & government affairs officer at the National Service Office. McGee served as the acting executive director for Policy and Government Affairs since September 2017. For over 10 years, she built Nurse-Family Partnership’s government affairs department and held several positions leading federal policy and advocacy. For the past three years, McGee was the national director of advocacy and expanded grassroots networks in states and local communities to show the impact of Nurse-Family Partnership. In her first years here, her legislative work helped lead to the creation of the first dedicated federal funding stream for home visiting – the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) program. Before joining Nurse-Family Partnership, McGee was legislative director for Beacon Consulting Group, Inc. – a government affairs consulting firm in Washington, D.C.

As chief policy & government affairs officer, McGee will lead her department with securing sustainable public funding and policies to support Nurse-Family Partnership’s network partners at the state and local level. She will strengthen relationships with key Congressional leaders and national policymakers; and build support to grow capacity to reach more moms and babies.

McGee holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs with a minor in French from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has a graduate certificate in legislative studies from the University of Maryland.
