In December, the National Service Office welcomed Frank Daidone as the new chief operating officer. As COO, Daidone will lead growth enrollment strategies to improve the efficiency of operations, implement innovative strategies and lead concentrated growth in key markets. In addition, he will manage teams increasing philanthropic and government funding, implementing cost savings initiatives, supporting data collection systems, and expanding the number of first-time moms and babies served by Nurse-Family Partnership.

“Frank has led growth in operations and efficiencies in the public and private sector and brings an extensive history of working to expand organizational reach and has a heart for mission-based work,” said president and CEO Roxane White. “He is joining us at the perfect moment to strengthen our internal operations and build our capacities to reach an unprecedented number of moms and babies.”

Daidone was formerly the vice president of operations at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, where he coordinated a 2,700-person workforce across 105 stores and cultivated partnerships between company departments, outside vendors and communities served. Previous position include the chief information officer for the City and County of Denver and the director of information technology for Chipotle Mexican Grill. Daidone holds a Bachelor of Communications with an English Minor from University of Central Florida. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator.
