Kate Siegrist

Chief Nursing Officer

In March, Kathryn (Kate) Siegrist joined Nurse-Family Partnership as the chief nursing officer at the National Service Office. Siegrist was formerly the director of health services at the Missoula City-County Health Department in Montana where she co-founded Nurse-Family Partnership of Montana in 2012, which grew into a five county collaboration that received national recognition for its innovation in rural service. She also oversaw all maternal and child health programs in the largest division at the health department. Siegrist is a former nursing professor and has held several leadership roles to grow the field of nursing and improve community health.

Siegrist holds a Master of Science in nursing-midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Minnesota, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was also the recipient of the American College of Nurse Midwives Foundation 2006 Excellence in Teaching Award.

Gabrielle Bargerstock

Florida Executive Director

Gabrielle Bargerstock was named the Florida executive director by the Nurse-Family Partnership National Service Office in April. Gabrielle has been with the National Service Office for 4.5 years as a business development manager and program developer, where she led the growth and sustainability of the Nurse-Family Partnership program in Florida and the southeast region. Prior to this position, she served as community communications officer of Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach

County and developed communications strategies and strategic policy recommendations to improve the health of children and families. Bargerstock has a wealth of experience in fundraising, government affairs and education in public health and has held various positions throughout Florida, Texas and South Carolina.

Bargerstock holds a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from Emory University.

Based in Merritt Island, Bargerstock will oversee the Nurse-Family Partnership program across 14 counties throughout the state.
