Newsletter July COMING SOON – The Chef Paul Bocuse Week Today, over 17 universities from 17 countries are part of the Worldwide Alliance. Our international network is growing and we are proud of its spreading around the world. Since the creation in 2004, the Worldwide Alliance shares passion for gastronomy and hospitality, and works for promoting the diversity of cultures. In 2014, Alliance members celebrated the 10th year anniversary through the Chef Paul Bocuse Week. As its name suggested, the event paid tribute to Chef Paul Bocuse, his life and his work. Regarding the success of the event, the decision was taken during the Annual Board of 2015 in Athens to renew it every two year. The 2nd edition is on its way! Here some first indications: When: From November 14th to November 26th 2016 Where: In each member universities campuses What: Conferences, Demonstrations, Workshops, Meetings … How: Respecting 4 fundamental principles: guest, product, team work & entrepreneurship Emphasizing on 4 values: gastronomy, culture, education & sharing More information to come soon.
