Sunday 10/8 – Dynamics day 2
Sunday was the big day for
the team, as the endurance
event which accounts for
the most points was
scheduled for the day.
Being the fastest car on
Autocross meant that our
starting order was later
than all other competitors,
so we could monitor their
laptimes and adjust our
strategy. This was exactly
the
case,
and
by
maintaining a conservative
pace of 3-5 seconds faster
per lap we were able to
Team coursewalk before Endurance
secure the 1st place, while by using a mild driving strategy, battery energy was
saved as much as possible aiding efficiency. At the end we were able to win the
Endurance by a fair margin.
