Prof. Mrutyunjaya Aspalli of E & E Department, PDA, attended a work shop on " TOWARDS TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP IN INSTITUTES OF HIGHER LEARNING " from 18-20 September,2019 at AICTE Head Quarters, New Delhi.
It was organized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The work shop mainly covered the problems faced by Higher Learning Institutes and how to tackle them.
Managing Change in Academic Institutions : Issues and Challenges.
In the work shop the following four topics were covered.
1. Evolving Effective Governance Structures.
2. Promoting a Culture of Innovation and Creativity.
3. Promoting a Research Eco-System.
4. Effective Interface with stakeholder.
He says he got a wonderful experience by attending the workshop and it was very useful.
The certificates were issued from AICTE Chairman , Prof Anil Sahasrabudhe and Vice Chairman Prof M P Poonia, in the Valedictory Program.
