Map Atlas The Map Atlas is designed to provide a graphical overview of existing conditions in the City of Newport. These maps will be included as part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan Update. Below is a listing of the Newport Comprehensive Plan Update chapters and the maps that support each element. In total, there are 14 chapters within 6 themes in the Comprehensive Plan.
