won both Gold and the overall Category Winner
for Showhomes in the Waikato Regional Regis-
tered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.
In addition it has just been awarded a further
medal – Gold Reserve – meaning it’s been short-
listed for the National House of the Year awards.
