Although they may differ in some parts, all subsidiaries are gathered under an overall vision of building world leading brands and world leading suppliers in each business segment. The company culture should be the same regardless of which subsidiary, business segment or country. Hard work, customer focus and employees having the conviction to take initiative and to learn from their mistakes are central principles throughout the whole organization in order to outperform compe- titors.
