All suppliers acknowledge the Code of Conduct as part of the Business Agreement and an assessment of social aspects must be done before the first purchase order . The assessment is done either through self-assessment , an internal audit or a third-party audit ( amfori BSCI or equivalent ). Our goal is to include all our suppliers located in risk countries in amfori BSCI or an equal monitoring system . |

Termination of cooperation with a supplier may occur if a zero tolerance issue reveals ( child labor , serious health and safety risks , substitution of subcontractor without prior approval and refusal to be audited ) are detected , but if we identify non-compliances , we prefer to develop an action plan in order to bring the supplier back to an acceptable standard , rather than to end our cooperation . |
