New Wave Group’s value chain covers several steps from design and product development, to delive-
ry and the use of the product. Every detail is important in all the hundreds of steps taken along the way.
Sustainability is our navigator and taken into account in all decisions, big and small. Every step creates
value for New Wave Group and our stakeholders.
RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Risks are an inescapable part of New Wave Group’s mission. Constant adjustments are required to meet the customers’ growing
demands for transparency and sustainability, as well as changes in legislation. Our ambition is to constantly be at the forefront and
what makes the biggest difference is how we operate our daily business. In other words, we should do what we do, but more sustainable
in all steps throughout the value chain.
If our own goals and market expectations are not met in a satisfactory manner, there is a risk that both New Wave Groups and is subsi-
diaries’ brands and market positions will be harmed. There is also a risk of low cost-effectiveness if resources are not optimally used. We
are convinced that the market position for New Wave Group’s brands can be strengthened if we better than our competitors can meet
customer demand for sustainability and eco-friendly options.
