linear methodologies such as the reinterpretation of published music as well as the observa- tion of the human dynamic and interaction. My mission is to cre- ate meaningful pieces of theatre that develop organically and are told to the audience in a truthful, thoughtful and compelling way. Do you think that couples still go through many of the same problems as Robyn and Cliff? Absolutely! The characters in my piece are dealing with​ ​​issues of​ drug​ ​use​, sexual identity, age- ism, racial inequality, prejudice​ ​ and​​ ​stereotypes​. ​It still surprises me that interracial relationships are considered shocking in some parts of the country and it floors me that prejudice and inequal- ity of any kind is still happening​ . In some ways I feel like we’ve moved forward only to move back again​...​I suppose that’s the nature of evolution, but​ - ​ seriously?​ ​Can’t we all just get along, lol!
