Sounds great! Is there anything
else you would like to add?
I think this is a particularly poi-
gnant moment to be singing a
lot of these Dylan songs, just
because of the situation that we
find ourselves in as a country.
We’re in a really intense time in
our country’s history, and this
is the kind of time where we
need the voices of our great art-
ists and our great poets to help
us put words to the things that
we’re feeling and, also, to bring
us to a place where we can come
together as a community. Even if
we don’t necessarily agree with
each other about, for instance,
our political views, we can use
music as a tool to help us recog-
nize our common humanity, and
to help us gain a better under-
standing of each other.
I don’t think we’re going to
paint our way out of this mo-
ment where we’re so divided as
a country. We’ve got to find a
way to bridge the gap, and mu-
sic is one of the tools that we
have to do that — and I think that
it’s really important, right now,
for people to do that. w
