White Paper about to be completed
The White Paper is about to be completed within the scope of the Total Factor Productivity (TFP) Project, which is being implemented to define the obstacles in front of economic efficiency and to determine the solutions.
The preparations are about to be finalized for the first version of the White Book, which is the final output and constitutes the final policy framework to be reached at the end of the Project,
From Green Paper to White Paper
The Green Paper, which is a consultative document and opened to suggestions on the project website (http://tfvp.org/yesilkitap/), was created to take the views of stakeholders for the design of the White Paper. During the consultation process fort he Green Paper, 8 chambers of commerce were visited accross Turkey. In addition to this, all stakeholders from the public and private sectors were reached both at the International Conference on Total Factor Productivity and and via e-mail afterwards.
Draft White Paper is ready
With the inclusion of the data obtained from these studies, the White Paper is shaped as a draft. The feedback process will continue through the this draft until September 2018. The draft White Book study will be concluded with a Scientific Committee meeting after all comments are received.
