Members of the CHBA–LR have committed to building 10 homes over five
years, and will donate the proceeds of the homes’ sales to Lethbridge College’s
new trades and technologies facility. This year marks the program’s fifth and
final year, with a fantastic home design from Stranville Master Builder.

THE CANADIAN HOME BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATION–LETHBRIDGE REGION (CHBA–LR) is pleased to
present the fifth and final year of the College Home project. The project–a five-year commitment made by CHBA–LR
builders, tradespeople, and services to Lethbridge College–has seen over $600,000 donated to Lethbridge College’s new
trades and technology facility. This year Stranville Living Master Builder will be stepping up to the plate for a second
time with a fantastic home design that will leave you breathless. After a long wait and much anticipation, this amazing
home will be unveiled at the 2017 Parade of Homes, September 9–24. Details on the project can be found at www.
