The Buyer ’ s Guide to Real Estate and Home Improvement is pleased to announce its recent hire of Mellanie Shaw , who will join The Buyers Guide team as sales and administrative support for the Maine and New Hampshire publications .

Shaw started her career in sales and marketing in her early 20 ’ s , working for a prestigious resort in Jackson . “ I started out working the front desk and reservations and within a few years I was the Director of Marketing . I just found interest in this career path and I was very passionate about the property that I was working for . I spent seven years with that company and then furthered my career as the Program and Outreach Director for a local non-profit . I spent the next 10 years in marketing and sales .”
The Buyers Guide to Real Estate and Home Improvement ’ s mission is to inform and motivate its readers to connect with the area ’ s top services by real estate professionals , contractors , lenders , home inspectors , home improvement contractors and closing and title services .
