I have a confession to make; I’m an
introvert by nature. So the idea of developing a platform for my business
– getting out in front of other people
was hugely uncomfortable. Seriously,
I spent 15 years working at remaining
obscure. Yes, worked at it.
Y
ou see I was perfectly happy with my little life. Perfectly content impacting my tiny
corner of this world. Perfectly
at peace, until the day I got
held accountable. On that day
an esteemed colleague asked
me, “How dare you not share your gifts – your
lessons?!” “What right do you have not to show
up for others who are out there – waiting for
you to show up - counting on you???”
And so it began, this gentleman challenged
me to step out of my comfort zone and onto
a much larger platform. Within two weeks I
had a contract for a weekly radio show. Holy
