FEATURES into the world. What are you grateful for in this present moment? Are you grateful for being able to even breathe? Grateful for having food. Grateful for friends that embrace who you are. Grateful for the bird song. The dogs bark. The composers that have written the music you are about to sing? THE ADVANCED HEART LOVE GRATITUDE MEDITATION WALKING TALK - SINGING TRUTH Keep the same intention. If you are able to breathe in love and out gratitude While on the bus, while standing in line at the airport, while walking into a rehearsal, while cooking dinner, while studying, while taking a shower, with ease; then it is time to add the mega transformer, your voice, to your daily practice. And now on the breath form tones that touch and words that carry the message you would like the world to hear. A message connected to your heart. Inhale love and on the exhalation release each tone in gratitude. Now take this small practice and expand it to performance. Take it out further into our world. INHALE LOVE. EXHALE GRATITUDE. Before you perform find things you love and begin to breathe them in. No matter where we are, there is always a sliver of beauty somewhere. Look for it, listen in to it, and breathe it in.
