Section 3. Memberships in the club are for the calendar year only with all memberships expiring
on December 1st. The regular weekly playday is

Section 4. All members must abide by this Constitution and By-Laws, any amendments thereto,
and all rules and regulations of the club.
Section 5. Any member, by a 2/3 vote of all the members present, may be expelled for
conducting herself in a manner detrimental to the club of for willful and persistent violation of
the club rules. A member facing expulsion may attend said meeting and speak in her own
behalf.
Section 6. Members must play at least
games a year with the club and maintain a
permanent handicap and to qualify for the club championship. Failure to do so will result in
elimination from the Club Championship and loss of membership at the discretion of the
membership. Members physically unable to play are exempt.
Section 7. All membership fees and dues shall be established by the club officers from time to
time in such amounts as they deem to be adequate to operate and maintain the club. Members
shall be liable for dues until their written resignation has been received and accepted. All monies
collected shall accrue to the benefit of the membership.
Article IV – OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES
Section 1. The officers may consist of Captain, Co-captain, Tournament Chair, Secretary,
Treasurer, PWGA Representative, Membership Chairperson and Handicapper. Their duties shall
be such as their titles would indicate or such as may be assigned to them respectively from time
to time.

These officers constitute the Executive Board. The appointed Chairpersons are ex-officio
members of the Board and have no voting privileges on the Board.
The Executive Board shall meet as necessary to manage and control the affairs and
business of the club; to recommend rules, regulations or changes to the membership and
to approve the expenditure of funds.
A quorum of
members must be present to conduct business.
Section 2. The members shall elect the Officers annually in October. The term of office will be
December 1 to November 31.
Section 3. The officers shall authorize and define the powers and duties of all committees.
Chairperson and members of all committees shall be appointed by the president and the president
shall be an ex-officio member of all committees except the nominating committee:
