The Rt. Rev. Brian W. Keith reports separately (page 238) on three
different motions considered by the Board, having to do with: improved
interaction and communication between the Board and the clergy; how to
have greater clarity around decision-making in the Church; and – in response
to many communications – further consideration about the gender restriction
to the M.Div. program in the Theological School. Bishop Keith said he would
be thoroughly looking at all aspects of this issue, and will report on any
recommendations.
