further research. If they wish to know more about the faith and beliefs which I
hope my conversation has well communicated, they can effectively Google the
term and be pushed toward the works themselves. Googling “New Church” or
“New Christian” yields all sorts of stuff that is irrelevant to what I hope they
find.
I call myself a Swedenborgian because I believe it is an honest and effective
way to communicate with non-Swedenborgians while pointing to Divine
revelation itself. I know the desire to remove the term from our vocabulary
