Two Kettlebell Burpees (photos 1 & 2)
Start: Begin with kettlebells on ground.
Action: Squat down with legs backward dropping into a push up, jump feet beside kettlebell, clean kettlebell to chest and jerk overhead.
End: Return to start position.

Two Kettlebell Alternating Row (photo 3)
Suitcase Straight Leg Deadlift (photo 4)
Start: Begin in the set standing position, arms in ready press position.
Start: Kettlebell held at side like a suitcase.
Action: Retract hips, and row with alternate arms.
Action: Perform deadlift.
End: Return to start position.
End: Return to start position.
