action. This is the crucial aspect of law that
nearly every government on Earth has failed
to address.
Because implied consent is an assumption
of agreement, a presumption that those
affected know the Truth, it is always a breach
of Trust. In order for a Trust to be established,
action to fully disclose the Truth to all affected
parties must take place, and if this is not
done, any action taken under such circumstances is dishonorable.
Governments the world over employ tacit
or implied consent to rule the people. This
is known as a de facto government, which
gains consent by acquiescence or the inaction of the people to “stand up and say otherwise.” It is the duty of government in due
diligence to ensure that all those affected
by its policies and procedures have freely
exercised their will to choose, to agree or
to disagree.
The Dishonor and Breach of Trust by
“Governments” and The “Justice System”
In order to understand why a body founded
in Natural Justice is superior to any of the
present “justice systems” on Earth, we must
understand why and how governments
have breached the public Trust. A legitimate
government gains explicit consent by the
people to operate honorably. This reality
is reflected in the Declaration of Independence:
Given the definition of honor above, governments are required to establish a public
Trust, based on full disclosure and explicit
consent of all beings who are affected. However, on Earth there are no such systems of
explicit consent; as such, it is necessary that a
venue be provided by which individuals may
voice concerns, by which airing of grievances
may take place, in order to facilitate negotiation between all involved so that any and all
actions taken by the collective do not harm
even one individual. A government can be
considered to be legitimate and honorable
if it acknowledges Natural Law, and the ITNJ
seeks to begin this process of establishing a
true form of Justice.
Using this objective definition, derived from
the causal consequences of Natural Law,
there are no legitimate systems of justice on
Earth. Instead, the “justice system” presumes
your acceptance of their codes of conduct
(Statutes) and ignores grievances to “keep
the peace”. Democracy is a system of government wherein a majority can agree to over
rule a minority, even when harm occurs, and
is therefore dishonorable and immoral. This
is essentially what the justice system has
done, and presumes that there is no Natural
Law which it is beholden to. This is known as
moral relativism or solipsism, and is a choice
to ignore a fundamental aspect of reality itself. (There is a significant difference between
nescience, or a lack of awareness of an aspect of reality, and ignorance, or the act of
ignoring an aspect of reality that we know to
exist in point of fact.)
