For Coast Guard Auxiliary
assistance to the Coast Guard and
victims of any national disaster
where Coast Guard assets are
deployed such as the recent
hurricanes, please adhere to the
following guidelines: Do NOT
self-activate. Assistance will be
solicited as required via the Coast
Guard and Auxiliary leadership.
Auxiliary personnel and equipment
are NOT authorized to respond
to the areas affected.
When
the situation is stabilized and
specific assistance is requested,
Auxiliarists who are available to
respond to the affected areas
and wish to do so should act as
instructed.

DRESS TO IMPRESS
We all have a duty and responsibility to represent the USCG Auxiliary in
the very best ways every time to go out in uniform. Shipmates, please
take pride in the uniform you put on, it is both an honor and privilege.
The NAVEX team wants to tell your story, but members must ensure that
all uniforms in posted photos comply with uniform regulations. Have
questions, see Chapter 10 of the AUXMAN or seek out your leadership
for advice.
