Forms of payment vary based on account . If you are a first time customer , payment must be Visa or Mastercard for first order .

Returns & Damages
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason , you must let us know within 10 days of receipt by e-mailing credits @ naturesexpression . com . Returned items deemed not defective are subject to a 15 % restocking fee .
