Fishermen—and Fisherwomen!

have to begin by admitting I am not a fisher, but after
spending time with the good people whom I contacted
for this story, I wish I were. They speak a little more
slowly than this fast-talking Yankee woman. They
move through life at a more deliberate pace, paying more
attention to their surroundings, staying in the moment
better than I do. Or at least that is how it seemed
to me.
