Loretta
I was delighted to see an article about the
golden silk spiders in the Kiawah Conservancy’s
e-Newsletter (The Conservancy Connection). I
love these “girls” and always admire their webs
and their tenacity.
Meet Loretta, one of the ones we named. She
spent an entire summer with us outside our
kitchen window. Every day we checked in to
see what she was up to. Every day is a “nature
day” on Kiawah!
