Apple Crisp
If you are anything like me, I enjoy something sweet once in a while and this easy, healthy apple dish hits the
spot. Simple ingredients and within minutes dessert is served, although I do have this anytime of the day.
Grab an apple and let’s get cooking!
Ingredients:
Your favorite large organic apple
¼ cup or handful chopped walnuts
Without the guilt
Cinnamon
Preparation:
Wash and core apple. Leave the skin on the apple and
rough chop into a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon to your taste. I enjoy an abundant amount of spicy
goodness so I am very liberal with my cinnamon sprinkling.
Stir the apple and cinnamon until apples are coated. Place
in microwave and cook for 1 ½ minutes. Remove from microwave [
