and advanced trainees, it’s still very important to adjust this workout
to your current physical abilities and experience. Believe me, the plan
will work better when we take priority of safety and progress in a timely
matter. One more thing, because of the intensity of some of these
exercises, you must make sure you get proper and quality nutrition
to replenish your body, as well as, enough rest to recover. This will
ensure you can come back to the following workout and train as hard
