INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Fresh lump Crab Meat, picked free of shells
(Option to used fresh canned Claws)
1 large Cage Free Egg, beaten
2 tsp Dijon or Spicy Brown Mustard
1.5 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, diced
2 tbsp Coconut Oil

Sometimes less is more and in this case, the minimal amount of ingredients used for these cakes showcase the delicate sweetness of the crab! It’s
so disappointed with Restaurant Crab Cakes because they’re full of mayo and
are super greasy. And where the heck is the CRAB? Well, this problem has
been solved with quality ingredients and is ready to be devoured in less than 10
minutes time! Just take a peek.

1 Lemon, Freshly squeezed
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
DIPPING SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp cup Organic Ketchup
2 tsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp lemon juice
COOKING UTENSILS:
2 small or medium mixing bowls
medium saute pan or skillet
spatula
whisk or fork
Low Carb Crab Cakes

DIRECTIONS:
In bowl 1, combine the beaten egg, mustard and lemon
juice. Mix wet ingredients smooth.

Add the crab meat to egg mixture, folding until well
combined. Then proceed to add the dry ingredients to crab
mixture and gently mix. Do your best to keep the crab in
tact.
Using a separate plate, form 4 patties and set aside.
Turn skillet to medium heat and add coconut oil. Carefully
place the patties in the oil and cook for 2-3 minutes and
have a beautiful golden brown color to them.
Remove the patties and place on another plate lined with
a paper towel. This will catch any excess oil. Allow the
patties to cool for just a few minutes and option to serve
with dipping sauce or a la carte!
