Our nation just went through a long , divisive presidential campaign . It had either a glorious or bitter result , depending upon whom you supported . So , how were Donald and Hillary in exactly the same place after all the votes were counted on November 8th ? Both were asking themselves , " What do I do now ?"

������ ����� ����� �� ��� ��������� ������ ��� ������ ����- ����� ��� ����� ��� ���� ���� � ������ ����� ��� ��� ��� ��� gains 15 pounds during the holiday seaon , each has a moment of reckoning on what do to next . It took me a while to process my thoughts , emotions , and feelings . While the majority of the nation voiced their triumph or tribulation , I took my 24 hours to listen and think ......

Living in the past , or what " shoulda , coulda been ," will not provide stability or anything positive for any of us . ( or the U . S .)

Reach out to friends you respect , especially if they seem to be where you want to go , and then start asking more questions . Every four years a new president , ( or a second termer ) is �������� ���� ����� �� ������� ��� ��� ������ ���������� ������ Trump , will use the months following his November 8 election win to prepare for his position in the White House . He will work out his ������ ��� ��� ���� ��� ����� ������� ������ �������� ��� ��� ��� his staff , etc .

The month of January also presents a more personal induction for millions of Americans -- the investment of health . Every January , the resolution of better health tops the list . Did you make any progress last year , or the year before ? Will you be prepared this time ?

DAILY

WEEKLY
1 . Make appointments for your workouts . Time will not magically ������ ������ ��� ��� ��� �������� ��� �������� ������ ���� ���� made , not time found . Treat your workouts like you would other appointments . Mark them on your calendar , and then stick to it . 2 . Set a designated day for grocery shopping . Having the right foods available makes it easy to make the right nutrtional choices . Lack of proper nutrition at home leads to take out , order in , or grab and go and often extra pounds !
MONTHLY
1 . Hire a personal trainer or lifestyle coach . Doing so will be one of your most valuable tools . They will hold you accountable to your ������ � �������� ������� ���� �������� ����� ��� ������� ���� 2 . Set a monthly personal goal . Ex . Get to the gym twice a week . Be able to do 10 push ups . Drop a pant size , etc .
These are just a few of the things you can put into action come January 1st . Start your list now .
Do not wait until January 1st to get prepared . If you are truly committed to embracing the vision of a healthier lifestyle I mentioned earlier , now is the time to put your agenda in writing . Talk is cheap , and serves no one well . Start acting on your goals now .
Donald Trump has promised to make America great again . That �� ���� ��� ������� �� ���� �� ��� ����� �� �� ������� ����� ������� 20 to put in motion changes needed to progress towards this goal ?
