WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER THE GREATEST LESSON LEARNED ? This is my favorite sport because it teaches you so much about yourself . It ’ s like a mirror that forces you to take a hard look at yourself and face your fears and your insecurities and makes you grow by conquering them . The greatest lesson I ’ ve learned is to never doubt myself .
WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR GREATEST TRIUMPH ( S )? I could say creating my own company , but I think making peace with my body and LOVING it any stage I am at ( weather is on or off season ) has been a true challenge .

HOW HAVE YOU CONTRIBUTED TO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY ? My main message to women is : You can change your body and get in super good shape but it all has to come from a place of love . Loving yourself will take you a lot further than rejecting yourself ! And that ’ s what I want all girls to know before they embark on a self-improvement journey .
HOW / WHY DID YOU BECOME INVOLVED IN FITNESS ? � ������� ������ � ������������� � ������ ���� �� � ��� ����� �� �� �� be spending a lot of time in the gym , not partying and eating good I might as well try doing a show !

WHAT DID YOU THINK OF YOUR FIRST COMPETITION ? One of the best experiences of my life , I reached the Venue thinking I shouldn ’ t expect anything and that I was doing it just to see what it felt like , that it would be my ���� ��� ���� ���� ���������� ��� ����� later I had won 2nd place nationally . That ��� ��� ��������� �� �� ����� �� ������ shows !
WHAT TRAITS DO YOU VALUE THE MOST ? Consistency , commitment to constant improvement , honesty , loyalty , intelligence and sense of humor . Laughing with someone is BASIC !
WHAT DO YOU SEE THAT IS GOOD IN FITNESS TODAY ? � ���� ���� ������ �� �������� ���� popular ! I think Cross Fit did a great job making “ cool ” working out and that has created a lot of health consciousness , and has motivated people to thrive for a better lifestyle .
WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE IN FITNESS TODAY ? ��� ��� ������ � ����� ���� ����� ������ is that it sometimes over sexualizes the sport , I think is important to focus on all the aspects to it like hard work , endurance , performance , habits and character building , and yes , of course the aesthetic side to it is an important part to the equation but not everything !
WHAT IS YOUR PASSION : WHAT MAKES YOU TICK ? Empowering women , helping them realize that ideal “ perfection ” we are taught to strive for 24 / 7 is an illusion ! What really matters is to know yourself and reach your full potential !
WHAT IS THE MOST POWERFUL MOMENT IN ATHLETES THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ? I think every prep for a show has a critical a moment ; weather it ’ s a sickness , an injury , sadness , lack of motivation or any other obstacle . These are the days where you will experience the most ���������� �������� ������� ��� ����� �� ���� ����� ���� ��� ���� yourself to get up and go work out and stay committed to your goal . These days are your champion days , cherish them !
