For many years I have had the opportunity to shoot with the ladies
from Mexico for MY WORLD at both of Lou Zwick’s Fitness Universe and Fitness America. Over the years I have noticed “todas
las senoritas de Mexico” always have several attributes in common,
ages. None more so than Athena Lara. She is intelligent, down-toearth, personable, and beautiful. For years she was my translator,
making my photo shoot life easier. Today, I am pleased to introduce
