Bitişik nizam, deniz kenarında inşa edilen bu
yarı-müstakil üç evin tasarımında birbirine eş
programlar kullanılırken evlerin mahremiyetinin
korunmasına ve her birinin açık alan ve deniz
manzarasından faydalanmasına özen gösterilmiş.
Zemin katta konumlanan, eş plan şemasına
sahip iki ev, bağımsız girişlerini tanımlamak ve
mahremiyet sağlamak üzere planda biri diğerinin
gerisinde yer alacak şekilde yerleştirilmiş ve birinci
katta bulunan üçüncü evi besleyen merdiven kovası
ile birbirinden izole edilmiş. Giriş kat üzerindeki
çıkmalar deniz manzarasını çerçevelerken, yarattığı
gölge mekanlarla, avludaki açık alan kullanımını
cazip ve çekici kılıyor. Üst kattaki evde ise deniz
manzaralı, geniş bir terasa bulunuyor. Sonuç olarak,
S-Cube Chalet’deki üç ev de, gökyüzünü gören
açık alanlara, mahremiyete ve panaromik deniz
manzarasına sahip.
The architects say that the design of these small 3
semi-detached beach houses calls for a duplicated
program, while maintaining privacy from each other,
as well as benefiting from outdoor areas and sea
views.
The two houses that are located on the ground
floor level are mirror images of each other. They are
offset in plan to create privacy and to define their
respective entrances, and separated by a staircase
that leads to the third house, which is located at the
higher level and facing to the sea. Cantilevers over
these two lower houses frames the view of the sea
and provide an extension to the courtyards onto it.
The third house enjoys a large roof terrace with direct
views to the sea.
Each of the three houses, therefore, enjoys a private
outdoor area that is open to the sky; privacy from its
neighbor; and extended sea views.
