Benjamin Hubert’in De La Espada için tasarladığı iç mekan
koleksiyonunun bir parçası olan Quarry, el işçiliği ile yapılmış ve ince
çeperlere sahip. Mermerin yarı-şeffaf özelliğinden faydalanarak damarları
vurgulanmış ve objelerin iç yüzeyi pürüzlü şekilde bırakılmış. Geleneksel
bir malzeme olan mermer, LED teknolojisi ile birlikte kullanılmış.
Designed by Benjamin Hubert, the hand-turned shades are produced
with a roughly finished interior which adds texture and describes
the story of stone production. The lamps utilize the natural stone's
translucent properties to diffuse the lights and reveal its veining. The
traditional material is offset by the use of LEDs which allow the large
hand-turned internal cavity to remain open and uncluttered.
