The commercial market continues to evolve. Landlords and tenants are making strides toward green conversions and reducing their overhead through those changes. Also, property owners are making adjustments and plans for the Fed’s eventual rate increase. All consumers should note that the rate hike (likely in the fourth quarter) will only be 1/4% of a percent. Hardly worth all the angst we’ve witnessed so far.
