Katrina Arroyos

Katrina Arroyos Armijo was initiated in Spring 2013 at the Lambda Chapter of Arizona State University. As an undergraduate, Katrina double majored in Broadcast Journalism and Geography with hopes to work in a newsroom after graduation. Upon graduation, Katrina received an offer to work at Accuweather as a Dow Jones News Fund Fellow in State College, Pennsylvania. After her time with Accuweather, Katrina received an offer to work at KGUN 9 News, the station she grew up watching, in Tucson, Arizona. Katrina was a morning news producer and gained an extensive amount of experience in breaking news and social media coverage.

With a growing family on the way, Katrina left the news industry for a more family-friendly career. She nows works as a multi-media storyteller for the Sunnyside Unified School District, the very school district she graduated from. Katrina enjoys sharing the stories of her community through a digital platform with the help of videography and photography elements.

ANALI MARTINEZ GONZALEZ

Anali Martinez Gonzalez designs water, wastewater, and storm infrastructure for municipal and private projects with MWM DesignGroup. She manages projects from design though construction phases. Anali also participates in the office Fun Committee which works to make the 9-5 life more enjoyable for employees of all levels.

Anali is currently the Visibility Chair for the American Society of Civil Engineers' Committee on Younger Members on the national level. She manages social media, press releases, and photography/videography of programming. Anali also serves as the VP of Leadership Conferences for Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. She is the lead for planning the 2019 National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX and manages 8 directors in that position. In her spare time, Anali runs a lifestyle blog called The Nueva Latina with over 5,000 readers a month. Anali enjoys time with her friends and family on the weekends. She loves to work out, read, and write.

SCARlett Alonzo

Scarlett Alonzo was initiated in Fall of 2013 at the Beta Gamma chapter at Our Lady of the Lake University. She graduated from OLLU in 2016 with a Bachelors of Arts in English and went on to pursue her master's degree. She graduated in 2017 from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia with a Masters in Higher Education Leadership. Scarlett currently works in student affairs at Our Lady of the Lake University as the Coordinator of the Student Leadership & Development Office where she oversees Greek Life, student organizations and the campus programming board. During her time as an active alumnae she has served and currently is entering her third term as District Chair for District 13 for the San Antonio area chapters. Scarlett currently holds the Executive Vice President positions for the National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations.

DR. Brenda Ivelisse

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Brenda Ivelisse is an international educator who has done numerous presentations across the United States and the world. As the fourtheen educator in her family, Brenda has a deep connection to education, advocacy and service to others. Brenda Ivelisse was initiated in the Spring of 1997 at Rho Chapter in Washington State University. She was a charter of Rho and has been a proud alumni since. Nationally, Brenda has served as the Vice President for Education. Brenda graduated from both Washington State University in 2002 and 2004 and Oregon State University in 2015, where she earned her Doctorate in Education. She currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at a college in Washington State.
