Cornelia Shipley

Cornelia is the founder of 3C Consulting and a sought after speaker, and strategic planning expert who works with clients to expand their capacity, increase their capability and drive clarity in the organization to ultimately increase the bottom line.

As an executive development strategist, Cornelia and her team have worked with leaders at Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer, Lockheed Martin, Mondelez, Blue Cross Blue

Shield, Blue Care Network, Deloitte, GlaxoSmithKline, Comerica Bank, Edward Jones, Ascension Health, Procter and Gamble, Turner Broadcasting and others as a coach, strategic planning consultant and professional development facilitator.

Cornelia has more than twenty years experience in sales, sales training and development, and human resources and is considered among the best in personal and professional development with extensive experience in the consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, consulting, social enterprise, education, and entertainment industries.

Cornelia has been credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. In addition, Cornelia is a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership (ELI-MP) and holds the Board Certified Coach credential. Cornelia is the creator and founder of the Design Your Life™ event, an annual conference for women designed to strategically plan their life and work and released her first book of the same name in 2014 which spent a week as a best seller. She is currently finalizing her second book Empowered: Strategies for Executive Level Success co-authored by Maxine Brown Davis.

Cornelia holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where she studied abroad at Melbourne Business School and was a part of the Global Leadership International study program in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Japan. Additionally, Cornelia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Heather Camila Tompkins

Camila has been dancing and performing from a young age. Originally trained in ballet, jazz, and tap, Camila began to pursue Raqs Sharqi, "Oriental Dance," in college, using her middle name "Heather" for the stage. With the formation of the Saharan Silk dance troupe, 'Heather' now enjoys dancing both American fusion and classical Egyptian style alongside her troupe members.

Connie Tucker

Connie Ann Tucker has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas – Pan American. Connie is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor (LPC-S), and has been working in community mental health since 2008. Connie currently works at Methodist Healthcare Ministries in San Antonio, Texas as a Behavioral Health Counselor, providing counseling services for those who are uninsured, whose existing coverage does not provide mental health services benefits, are low-income, or who would not

receive mental health treatment any other way. Connie has been conducting trainings and presentations on mental health, teen/dating & violence, suicide, and crisis interventions to professionals, school districts,university students, and community agencies since 2010. Connie enjoys spending her time with her husband & four beautiful children, reading & enhancing self-care, and volunteering with her daughters' Girl Scout Troop & son's T-ball team. Since being initiated into Kappa Delta Chi Sorority, Inc. almost 15 years ago, and having 10+ years of experience as a national officer in KDChi, Connie has demonstrated that anything can be accomplished with passion, love, perseverance, and faith!
